All it takes to get started is a phone call.

You’ll talk with our training director, Heidi Neilson, to make sure we can provide the trainer, medically appropriate programming, and schedule that best fit your needs.

During your phone call, it helps us to know as much of your health and fitness history as you can share with us.  We’ll get your doctor’s names if you’re working with any limiting physical conditions, so we can make sure it’s safe for you to exercise, to coordinate exercise programming that will be medically best for you.

 

We’ll also ask you for some schedule and personality preferences.  Then, you’ll set up an initial consultation appointment with our training director.  It’s important to us that we really understand your needs, and match you with a trainer who’ll be the best fit for you.  In your initial appointment, you’ll get the chance to feel out what it’s like to work with us, get all of your questions answered, learn more about the trainer we think you’ll love for your ongoing workouts, and maybe even leave feeling better already after some gentle movement and a good stretch!
